Brad Lawson is the Founder and Executive Director of The PIERCE Foundation, a nonprofit organization committed to supporting first resonders through mental wellness advocacy, education, and community partnerships.

With 27 years in emergency services, Brad brings extensive experience as a paramedic, educator, leader, and nationally-recognized speaker dedicated to strengthening the profession from the inside out. His work focuses on resilience, leadership, peer support, and creating safe spaces for honest conversations around the mental and emotional weight carried by those who serve.

Brad is the author of Dancing with Darkness: A First Responder’s Flght for Light, a powerful reflection on

the unseen battles faced by first responders and the path toward healing and purpose. Through keynote presentations, wellness summits, and grassroots initiatives across multiple states, Brad continues to lead a movement built on one core belief: no first responder fights alone.
